The HR shall ensure the consistency of the implementation of this Decision with the Union’s external action as a whole, including the Union’s development programmes.

Without prejudice to the chain of command, the Head of Mission shall act in close coordination with the Union Delegation in Tripoli to ensure the consistency of Union action in Libya.

The Head of Mission shall coordinate closely with Member States’ Heads of Mission present in Libya.

The Head of Mission shall coordinate with relevant third parties in Libya.
