implementing Council Decision 2012/739/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Syria
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
Having regard to the Treaty on European Union,
Whereas:
On 29 November 2012, the Council adopted Decision 2012/739/CFSP.
The Council considers that a person should be removed from the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures as set out in Annex I to Decision 2012/739/CFSP.
It is necessary to update and amend the entries for the persons and entities subject to restrictive measures as set out in Annex I to Decision 2012/739/CFSP.
Annex I to Decision 2012/739/CFSP should be amended accordingly,
