Article 7Entry into force and repeal

Decision ECB/2003/4 is hereby repealed.

2.

References to Decision ECB/2003/4 shall be construed as references to this Decision.

3.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
