Commission Decision of 20 December 2012 authorising Spain to extend the temporary suspension of the application of Articles 1 to 6 of Regulation (EU) No 492/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on freedom of movement for workers within the Union with regard to Romanian workers (2012/831/EU)
The application of this Decision shall be subject mutatis mutandis to the conditions on transitional arrangements as laid down in Annex VII Part 1 to the 2005 Act of Accession.
