The costs for the execution of the programme, estimated at EUR 31 400 000, shall be financed entirely out of contributions from the Netherlands, France and Belgium. The breakdown of this amount is set out in Annex II. This contribution shall be considered as assigned revenue in accordance with Article 18(2) of Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002(1).
