Recovery of the aid referred to in Article 1 shall be immediate and effective.

France shall ensure that this Decision is implemented within four months following the date of notification of this Decision.

In implementing this Decision, France may take account of any sums recovered by SNCF as a result of the winding-up of Sernam SA under the conditions set out above.
