The measures to be taken by Italy, pursuant to Article 14(1) of Directive 2010/13/EU, and notified to the Commission pursuant to Article 14(2) of Directive 2010/13/EU on 21 September 2011, are compatible with Union law.

The measures, as finally taken by Italy, will be published in the Official Journal of the European Union as soon as they are adopted at national level and notified to the Commission. This shall constitute the publication provided for in Article 14(2) of Directive 2010/13/EU.
