The HR shall ensure the consistency of the implementation of this Decision with the Union’s external action as a whole, including the Union’s development programmes.

Without prejudice to the chain of command, the Head of Mission shall act in close coordination with the Union’s delegation in Juba to ensure the consistency of Union action in South Sudan.

The Head of Mission shall coordinate closely with Member States present in South Sudan.
