Commission Implementing Decision of 22 May 2012 amending Decision 2008/425/EC as regards standard requirements for the submission by Member States of national programmes for the eradication, control and monitoring of certain animal diseases and zoonoses for Union financing (notified under document C(2012) 3193) (Text with EEA relevance) (2012/282/EU)

Article 1 U.K.

Decision 2008/425/EC shall be amended as follows:

(1)

the following Article 1a is inserted:

‘Article 1a

From 1 January 2013, the applications provided for in Article 1 paragraphs (a) to (d) shall be submitted online by Member States using the corresponding standard electronic templates provided by the Commission.’;

(2)

Annexes I to IV are replaced by the text in the Annex to this Decision.
