Tubers of Solanum tuberosum L., including those intended for planting, hereinafter ‘potato tubers’, originating2 in third countries where one or more of the specified organisms are known to be present may only be introduced into the Union if they comply with the specific import requirements, as set out in point (1) of Section 1 of Annex I.
