The financial envelope for the implementation, at the level of the Union, of this Decision, in particular in respect of the activities set out in Article 3(1), for the period from 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2012, shall be EUR 5 000 000.

Annual appropriations shall be authorised by the budgetary authority within the limits of the financial framework.
