The following values specified in the Annex are confirmed for each manufacturer of passenger cars and for each pool of manufacturers in respect of the 2010 calendar year:

1. (a)

   the specific emissions target;

2. (b)

   the average specific emissions of CO₂, where appropriate adjusted by the relevant error margin;

3. (c)

   the difference between the values referred to in points (a) and (b);

4. (d)

   the average specific emissions of CO₂ for all new passenger cars;

5. (e)

   the average mass for all new passenger cars in the Union.
