Decision 2010/712/EU is amended as follows:

1.
Article 1 is amended as follows:
1. (a)
  in paragraph 2(b), ‘50 %’ is replaced by ‘60 %’;
2. (b)
  paragraph 2(c) is replaced by the following:
  ‘(c)
  shall not exceed the following:
