CHAPTER I U.K. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1 U.K. Subject matter

This Decision establishes rules F1 ... as regards:

(a)

[F2 appropriate authorities] obligations to report on the assessment and management of ambient air quality;

(b)

[F3 appropriate authorities] reciprocal exchange of information [F4 between each other] concerning networks and stations, and the measurements of air quality obtained from those stations that are selected by [F3 appropriate authorities] for the purpose of reciprocal exchange from amongst existing stations.
