The Agreement is linked to the Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Swiss Confederation, of the other, on the free movement of persons(1) (hereinafter ‘the Agreement on the Free Movement of Persons’), concluded by Decision 2002/309/EC, Euratom(2) of the Council and of the Commission as provided for in Article 3 of the Agreement.
