The Agreement is linked to the Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Swiss Confederation, of the other, on the free movement of persons5 (hereinafter ‘the Agreement on the Free Movement of Persons’), concluded by Decision 2002/309/EC, Euratom6 of the Council and of the Commission as provided for in Article 3 of the Agreement.
