1.A financial contribution from the Union shall be granted to Bulgaria towards the costs incurred by this Member State in taking measures pursuant to Article 14(2) and (4) of Decision 2009/470/EC, to combat foot-and-mouth in Bulgaria in the first six months of 2011.
2.The financial contribution from the Union shall be equal to 60 % (sixty percent) of the total eligible expenditure.
3.The amount of the financial contribution mentioned in paragraph 1 shall be fixed in a subsequent decision to be adopted in accordance with the procedure established in Article 40(2) of Decision 2009/470/EC.
