Implementing Decision No 2011/402/EU is amended as follows:

1. (1)

   Article 2 is replaced by the following:

   ‘Article 2

   The release for free circulation in the Union of seeds and beans from Egypt as set out in the Annex shall be prohibited until 31 March 2012.’;

2. (2)

   the Annex is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Decision.

This Decision shall apply from 1 November 2011.

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
