Article 1U.K.

Directive 2004/17/EC shall not apply to contracts awarded by contracting entities and intended to enable the following services to be carried out in Denmark, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands:

(a)

exploration for oil and natural gas; and

(b)

production of oil.
