The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure related to the mandate of the EUSR in the period from 1 September 2011 to 30 June 2012 shall be EUR 3 740 000.

F1The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure related to the mandate of the EUSR in the period from 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2013 shall be EUR 5 250 000 .

F2The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure related to the mandate of the EUSR in the period from 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2014 shall be EUR 5 285 000 .

F3The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure related to the mandate of the EUSR in the period from 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015 shall be EUR 5 250 000 .

The financial reference amount for the subsequent periods for the EUSR in BiH shall be decided by the Council.

The expenditure shall be managed in accordance with the procedures and rules applicable to the general budget of the European Union. Nationals of the countries of the Western Balkans region shall be allowed to tender for contracts.

The management of the expenditure shall be subject to a contract between the EUSR and the Commission. The EUSR shall be accountable to the Commission for all expenditure.
