Article 7Implementation and consistency of the Union’s response

1.

The High Representative shall ensure the implementation of this Decision and its consistency with the Union’s external action as a whole, including the Union’s humanitarian aid activities.

2.

The European Union Operation Commander shall assist the High Representative in the implementation of this Decision.
