1.Third countries using raw material imported from other third countries approved for production of food of animal origin in accordance with this Decision F1... to be exported to [F2Great Britain] and which are unable to provide a residue monitoring plan equivalent to that required by Article 7 of Directive 96/23/EC [F3or under the correlating provisions of Regulation (EU) 2017/625] for such raw material shall complement the plan with the following statement:
‘The competent authority of [third country] ensures that animal products for human consumption exported to [F4Great Britain], in particular products produced from raw material imported into [third country], shall only come from establishments approved in accordance [F5with Article 126 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625] and having reliable procedures in place to guarantee that raw material of animal origin used in such food originates only from [F6the United Kingdom] or third countries listed for the respective raw material [F7in the document published under Article 1(1) of Commission Decision 2011/163/EU].’.
