Poland shall recover the aid defined in the foregoing articles from the recipient. Recovery shall take place in accordance with the guidelines set out in recitals 384-401 of this decision.

The amounts to be recovered shall bear interest from the day on which they were made available to Gdynia Shipyard until their actual recovery.

Poland shall cancel all outstanding payments of the aid referred to in Article 1 with effect from the date of adoption of this decision.
