CHAPTER 1 U.K. EXPORT AND IMPORT RESTRICTIONS

RESTRICTIONS ON FINANCING OF CERTAIN ENTERPRISES U.K.

[F1 Article 7 U.K.

1. The prohibitions in Article 6(a) and (b) respectively:

(i)

shall be without prejudice to the execution of an obligation arising from contracts or agreements concluded before 26 July 2010 ;

(ii)

shall not prevent the extension of a participation, if such extension is an obligation under an agreement concluded before 26 July 2010 .

2. The prohibitions in Article 6a(a) and (b) respectively:

(i)

shall be without prejudice to the execution of an obligation arising from contracts or agreements concluded before 23 January 2012 ;

(ii)

shall not prevent the extension of a participation, if such extension is an obligation under an agreement concluded before 23 January 2012 .]
