IFP shall organise and publish its accounts in such a way as to distinguish clearly between its economic and its non-economic activities.

Until the date of expiry of the exclusive agreements, France shall submit to the Commission an annual financial report in order that the latter might verify the amount of public funds allocated to IFP’s activities in the exclusive fields of activity of Axens and Prosernat.
