The restructuring plan shall be implemented in full. All necessary measures shall be taken to ensure that the plan is implemented.

Implementation of the plan shall be monitored on the basis of annual reports communicated by Slovenia to the Commission. A report concerning the 2007 activities shall be submitted by the end of January 2008 and a report concerning the 2008 activities shall be submitted by the end of January 2009. The reports shall contain detailed information on the financial performance of the company and the investments made.
