In this Decision—
“entity in charge of maintenance” and “keeper” have the meanings set out in regulation 2(1) of the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;
“the 2011 Regulations” means the Railways (Interoperability) Regulations 2011.

Unless the context otherwise requires, terms used in this Decision have the meaning set out in the 2011 Regulations.
