Article 1 U.K. Scope

[F1 1.] This Decision shall apply to fishery products of fish belonging to the families Scombridae, Clupeidae, Coryfenidae, Pomatomidae and Scombresosidae imported from Albania and intended for human consumption.

[F2 2. In this Decision, “competent authority” has the meaning given in Article 3(3) of Regulation (EU) 2017/625.]
