The formal investigation procedure is closed in so far as it concerned the loans from the Bayrische Landesanstalt für Aufbaufinanzierung totalling EUR 12,8 million and the grant of EUR 1 275 826,6 for the R&D project ‘Laser-Display-Technologie — Systemintegration und Prototypen’.
