This Decision shall not apply to the movement [F1 into Great Britain] of birds accompanying their owners from Andorra, F2 ... the Faeroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland and the Vatican City State.
