Decision 2005/393/EC is amended as follows:

1. 1.

   In Article 5(1), point (b) is replaced by the following:

   1. ‘(b)

      except in the case of frozen semen and of ova and embryos, the Member State of destination gives its approval prior to the movement.’

2. 2.

   Annex I is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.
