Articles 1 to 28 of the Rules of Procedure of the Commission(1) shall be replaced by the text in the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2 U.K.

This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2006.

Article 3 U.K.

This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
