Article 31Renewal of authorisations1.

Without prejudice to Articles 32 and 33, authorisations referred to in Article 20 shall be renewable, maximum twice for a period not exceeding one year each.

2.

The application shall be accompanied by the following documents:

(a)

a reference to the original authorisation;

(b)

any available information which supplements the information already provided on the description, the maintenance and/or the knowledge from practical experience during the cultivation of the variety subject to the original authorisation;

(c)

evidence that the evaluation for the entry into the catalogue of the variety concerned is still ongoing, if not otherwise available to the Member State.
