The financial provisions applicable to the implementation and control of the European Defence Agency's general budget are laid down in the Annex to this Decision. F1The Steering Board shall review or amend as necessary these financial provisions before 31 December 2006 .

This Decision shall take effect on the day of its adoption.

This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
