1.The programme for the eradication of Aujeszky's disease presented by Lithuania is hereby approved for the period from 1 January 2004 to 31 December 2004.
2.The financial contribution by the Community shall be at the rate of 50 % of the cost of laboratory tests to be incurred by Lithuania for the programme referred to in paragraph 1 and shall not exceed EUR 50 000.
