Each consignment of meat preparations shall be accompanied by an original, numbered health certificate, completed, signed and dated, composed of a single sheet F2 in accordance with a certificate in the form published by the appropriate authority from time to time.

The certificates shall be drawn up in F3English and may also appear in other languages.
