Coming into force in accordance with article 1(2)

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 145(1) and (2) of the Pensions Act 2008(1).

A draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 143(4) of that Act and has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
