1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Cambridge University Hospitals National Health Service Foundation Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 31st March 2005.
(2) In this Order—
“the NHS Foundation Trust” means the Cambridge University Hospitals National Health Service Foundation Trust(1);
“the new trustees” means the trustees for the Cambridge University Hospitals National Health Service Foundation Trust(2); and
“the trust property” means the property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared and agreed by the NHS Foundation Trust and the new trustees and signed on behalf of the NHS Foundation Trust on 14 January 2005 and on behalf of the new trustees on 14 January 2005.
Authorised under section 6 of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 as a foundation trust with effect from 1 July 2004.
