The Export of Goods, Transfer of Technology and Provision of Technical Assistance (Control) (Amendment No.2) Order 2004 No. 2561

2.  For Schedule 5 to the 2003 Order there shall be substituted the following:

“SCHEDULE 5 AMENDMENTS TO COUNCIL REGULATION (EC) NO. 1334/2000

• Article 1(a) of Council Regulation (EC) No. 2432/2001of 20 November 2001 (O.J. L 338, 20.12.2001, p.1)

• Council Regulation (EC) No. 1504/2004 of 19 July 2004 (O.J. L 281, 31.08.2004, p1).”
