Amendment of Schedule 5 to the Museums and Galleries Act 1992

2.—(1) In Part I of Schedule 5 to the Museums and Galleries Act 1992, after “The Board of Trustees of the Victoria and Albert Museum” there shall be inserted—

• “The Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission for England”.

(2) In Part II of Schedule 5 to the Museums and Galleries Act 1992(1), after “The Board of Trustees of The National Museums and Galleries of Northern Ireland” there shall be inserted—

• “Historic Royal Palaces”; and

• “The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty”.
