Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (c. 52) U.K.

9 (1) Section 94 of the 1992 Act (overseas members of trade union) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1) omit paragraph (b) and the word “and” at the end of paragraph (a).

(3) In subsection (2) omit the words after “the rules”.
