SCHEDULE 11 E+W+S Single regulator of insolvency practitioners: supplementary provision

Training and other services E+W+S

8 (1) The Regulations may make provision authorising the body to provide training or other services to any person. E+W+S

(2) The Regulations may make provision authorising the body—

(a) to charge for the provision of any such training or other services, and

(b) to calculate any such charge on the basis that it considers to be the appropriate commercial basis.
