16(1)The Secretary of State may make to the SSRO such payments out of money provided by Parliament as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.U.K.
(2)Payments under sub-paragraph (1) may be made at such times, and subject to such conditions, as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.
