Overview of Structure of the Act

17.The Act contains ten Parts and twenty one Schedules. The Act makes changes to a number of existing Acts, most notably the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the Bank of England Act 1998 and the Banking Act 2009. The general arrangement of the Act is as follows:
