Chargeable equity and liabilities of relevant foreign banks which are not members of groups U.K.

23 (1) This paragraph applies where the bank levy is charged as provided for by paragraph 5 and the relevant entity is a relevant foreign bank. U.K.

(2) The chargeable equity and liabilities of the relevant entity is the amount of its UK allocated equity and liabilities (see paragraph 24) as at the end of the chargeable period.
