360 Treatment of umbrella arrangements U.K.

(1) This section has effect for the purposes of this Part.

(2) In the case of umbrella arrangements (see section 363)—

(a) each part of the umbrella arrangements is to be treated as separate arrangements, and

(b) the umbrella arrangements are to be disregarded.

(3) Subsection (2)(a) is subject to section 361.
