Part 2 E+W Qualifications of senior, area and assistant coroners

3 E+W To be eligible for appointment as a senior coroner, area coroner or assistant coroner, a person must—

(a) be under the age of 70, and

(b) satisfy the judicial-appointment eligibility condition on a 5-year basis.
