16 Chapter 2: interpretation U.K.

In this Chapter—

• “controlled place” has the meaning given by section 2(4);

• “gas” has the meaning given by section 2(4);

• “installation” includes any floating structure or device maintained on a station by whatever means;

• “licence”, except where the context otherwise requires, means a licence under section 4, and “licence holder” is to be construed accordingly.
