Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979 (c. 46) E+W+S

19 E+W+S In section 37 (exemptions from offence under section 35) after subsection (1) insert—

“(1A) Section 35 does not apply to the carrying out of any operations for which development consent has been granted.”
