SCHEDULE 3 E+W Amendments of Mental Health Act 1983

13 E+W In section 145 of the MHA (general interpretation), in subsection (1), insert at the appropriate place—

““the regulatory authority” means—

(a) in relation to England, the Care Quality Commission;

(b) in relation to Wales, the Welsh Ministers;”.
